I have brought many wheels to Rimguard over the last 5 or 6 years; you were recommended as the “place to go” for wheel/rim repair. Every time I have a wheel problem or finish/repair need - I take them in to Rimguard. The work has always been first-rate; the workmanship is second to none.

As a bonus to the people being skilled in their crafts, all of the people that I have encountered at Rimguard are great to work with. Difficult to find these days.

You were recommended by a friend that actually the BMW place had recommended to him and the work was really unbelievable. We wanted to say thank you to RimGuard Express for making the two rear wheels on our Porsche look showroom fresh. Having suffered curb damage on a few occasions, we were not excited about having to replace the factory wheels. Even after market wheels were expensive. RimGuard came to our house and while in our driveway, performed magic literally right before our eyes.

We will be referring anyone and everyone who has any wheel damage or bent wheels to them.

I recently drove through a large pothole and severely bent two steel wheels on my Chevrolet. As a returning customer I knew that Rim Guard would be able to repair my wheels better than any other service shop. Peter really went out of his way to make fixing my wheels a top priority when it was obvious that he was very busy. He did a great job on my repairs and charged a price lower than any competition. I recently damaged my tire and rim driving in a pothole. I called rim guard after being given their # from a tire store and Toyota. They were highly recommended. I dealt with Bobby and Peter and they were both very professional and just really nice guys. Bobby worked on my rim for 2 hours and even missed a very important appointment to finish my car. Peter also helped out and then stayed with me while I waited for the tow truck. I definitely had a great experience with this company and would recommend them to anyone needing this service.

We were told that Rim Guard performed miracles and they were the best in the area. I never in a million years would have guessed they could repair the rim on our vehicle without knowing it had been repaired. I spoke to Ashley the owner who referred me to Aaron who was one of his technicians. Aaron was a great guy from start to finish. He worked with us on setting up the appointment, kept us updated throughout the day, and had the vehicle ready when he told us. We first used your service here at Chapel Hill Tire Car Care Center (Carrboro) for cosmetic repair on a set of alloy Audi wheels. The job you guys performed on these wheels was phenomenal! The work and service provided by Rim Guard is top notch. As a Porsche dealer the clients expect the best, and Rim Guard provides that with their quality. Most all of our rims that are either bent or have curb damage can be taken care of at 1/2 the price of a new one. The service field techs work very well with the dealer and are always willing to step up and take care of what ever is needed. Depending situations, very little to no down time causing a customer to be put out or inconvenienced. If I have a rim bent or curbed up, I know who I’m calling! Thanks for all you guys do.
